Workplace Rules for Growing Teams
Five weeks of employment consultations framed as compliance training for small employers in Germany — with live rehearsal and files you will reopen next quarter.
Who it is for
Founders and office leads past the handshake stage
If you have between five and forty people, scattered templates, and a sense that German employment rules are “someone else’s problem until they are not,” this cohort is the structured interruption.
Pricing is informational. Enrolment conversations happen through our contact desk — we do not run checkout on this site.
Modules
What you work through
Module 1 — Hiring file architecture
Offer letters, onboarding checklists, and where sensitive notes should live when the team is still sharing one drive.
Module 2 — Working time without folklore
Recording hours, overtime conversations, and how small teams keep evidence without becoming a factory floor.
Module 3 — Probation decisions on purpose
Criteria, mid-point check-ins, and language that stands up when someone asks why the outcome changed.
Module 4 — Warnings and difficult talks
When a quiet talk is enough, when a written warning belongs in the file, and how to rehearse both.
Module 5 — Leave, illness, and return paths
Approvals, documentation habits, and return-to-work conversations that stay respectful and specific.
Outcomes
What you can do afterward
- Explain your hiring and leave process to a new manager in under fifteen minutes using your own one-pagers.
- Identify three documentation gaps that auditors or counsel would flag in a small German employer file.
- Run a probation mid-point conversation with notes that match the criteria you set at hiring.
- Decide when a compliance question needs external counsel instead of another internal workshop.
Instructor
Mira Adelmann
Mira has coached employer teams across Nordrhein-Westfalen and Baden-Württemberg, translating employment consultations into routines that fit shops, studios, and SaaS desks alike. She favors plain language over theatrical “compliance theater.”

Learner notes
Recent comments
“Module 3 on probation forced us to define ‘done’ before week six. We still struggled with one manager who skipped notes — the limitation is real if your leads refuse the habit.”

★★★★☆ · “Clearer than the handbook we bought last year. Wanted more samples for fixed-term contracts; the team pointed us to counsel for that edge.”

FAQ
Straight answers
Is this legal advice?
No. Dataendpoint Hub provides employment consultations and compliance training. Complex disputes, litigation strategy, and company-specific legal opinions belong with qualified counsel in Germany.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not rewrite your entire handbook in five weeks. If your contracts are fundamentally misaligned with German requirements, you will leave with a triage list — not a finished legal overhaul.
Can multiple people from one company join?
Yes. Many teams send an operations lead plus one founder. We can discuss Desk Cohort seating on the pricing page and via contact.
Do sessions run in English?
Yes. Materials and live sessions are in English, with German legal terms explained in context when they matter.
