Refund policy

This policy explains refund eligibility for Dataendpoint Hub training seats and retainers confirmed in a written enrolment agreement. Website pricing is informational and does not itself create a charge.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel a Studio Seat or Bench Access enrolment at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation email. Cancellations inside fourteen days may receive a partial refund as described below.

Timeframe for requests

Send refund requests within thirty (30) days of the payment date or before the cohort midpoint, whichever comes first, unless a longer consumer cooling-off period applies by law.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation at least fourteen days before start, or if we cancel the cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer.

Partial refund: cancellation fewer than fourteen days before start but before the second live session — typically fifty percent (50%) of tuition, less non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in your agreement.

Non-refundable items

Completed live sessions already delivered, custom on-site briefings already performed, and downloadable materials marked “final delivery” in your agreement are non-refundable. Advisor Desk months already commenced are non-refundable for that month.

Refund process

Email hello@dataendpoint-hub.digital with your name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for clarifying details.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days after we initiate the transfer.

Cancellation by Dataendpoint Hub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected. Where a statutory right provides a more favourable remedy, that remedy applies.
